Founded in 1992 as a small leather goods workshop with just five workers and outdated equipment, LADODA has grown over the past 30 years to establish itself as a leading name in Vietnam’s leather manufacturing industry.

Today, the company operates a 15,000 m² modern production facility, employing over 200 highly skilled workers and equipped with advanced machinery. LADODA specializes in manufacturing leather briefcases, backpacks, handbags, shoes, wallets, belts, and more. The average income of its workforce has increased by 10–15% annually. From humble products, LADODA has evolved to produce technically and artistically sophisticated items, now exported to markets including Japan, France, the United States, Taiwan (China), and others.

In the domestic market, LADODA products are present across all provinces and cities in Vietnam and are frequently selected as official gifts for delegates at major national and international events such as the National Party Congress, AIPA, ASEAN, and AEM5, among others. For 24 consecutive years, LADODA has been voted as a "Vietnamese High-Quality Product" by consumers.

Beyond product quality and design innovation, LADODA considers its employees the "soul of the company." The company strictly follows all legal labor policies and provides free, fully equipped housing for its workers. LADODA actively fosters a strong internal culture with regular sports and cultural activities to improve the overall well-being of its staff.

In addition, the company consistently upholds its mission of supporting and sharing with vulnerable communities by making significant contributions to various social welfare funds. LADODA has built charity houses for heroic Vietnamese mothers and sponsored orphaned children, embodying a deep commitment to social responsibility.

With its leading brand reputation and superior product quality, LADODA is honored to have received numerous prestigious awards from the Party and the State, including the Second- and Third-Class Labor Orders, commendation flags, and Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister. Notably, Mr. Dinh Quang Bao, founder of LADODA, was awarded the Third-Class Labor Order by the President of Vietnam and was also recognized as an Outstanding Citizen of Hanoi by the Hanoi People’s Committee.

Each year, LADODA actively contributes to social support programs and charitable funds, such as the Fund for the Poor, the Gratitude Fund, and the Education Promotion Fund in provinces including Dien Bien, Bac Giang, Ha Giang, and Phu Tho.

In particular, in September 2024, Typhoon Yagi caused widespread devastation across 25 northern provinces of Vietnam.

Responding to the call from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi, LADODA’s leadership mobilized all employees to contribute one day’s salary in support of affected communities. The company donated a total of VND 73,000,000 to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of Hanoi City and Gia Lam District. Moreover, LADODA committed to sponsoring a disadvantaged child who lost all means of support in Khanh Yen Thuong Commune, Van Ban District, Lao Cai Province, providing a monthly stipend of VND 2,000,000 until the child turns 18.

Every year, LADODA contributes approximately VND 200 to 300 million to charitable activities and social welfare initiatives.
