On October 28, LADODA Co., Ltd. – a company specializing in the production, services, and trade of leather goods – commemorated its 30th anniversary.
Founded in 1992 as a modest production unit with just five workers and outdated equipment, LADODA has, over the past three decades, grown into a prominent enterprise, affirming its leading position in Vietnam’s leather manufacturing industry.

Today, the company operates a spacious 15,000-square-meter factory equipped with modern machinery and employs over 200 highly skilled workers. LADODA specializes in manufacturing leather briefcases, backpacks, handbags, footwear, wallets, and belts. The company’s product lines have evolved from simple designs to sophisticated, high-quality items that are now exported to international markets such as Japan, France, the United States, and Taiwan (China). Average employee incomes have steadily increased by 10–15% annually.
In the domestic market, LADODA products are available across all provinces and cities in Vietnam. The brand has been selected as the official gift provider for delegates attending major national events such as the National Party Congress, the National Assembly, AIPA, ASEAN, and AEM 5. For 24 consecutive years, LADODA has been voted “Vietnamese High-Quality Goods” by consumers nationwide.
LADODA’s commitment goes beyond product excellence and innovation. The company regards its employees as the "soul" of the organization. It strictly adheres to labor policies set by the government and provides free housing for its workers.

The company’s founder, Mr. Dinh Quang Bao, was awarded the Third-Class Labor Order by the President of Vietnam and recognized as an Outstanding Citizen of Hanoi by the city’s People's Committee.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dinh Tuan Anh, General Director of LADODA, emphasized that with a modern production facility and a highly skilled workforce, the company is fully capable of meeting the design and quality demands of both domestic and international partners. Product quality remains the company’s top priority in all business operations.
Looking ahead to the next five years, LADODA aims to apply Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance product durability and aesthetics, develop 150–200 new designs annually, expand its market reach in Central and Southern Vietnam, increase exports, and continue raising employee incomes by 10–15% per year.
