On October 30, in Hung Yen Province, LADODA Leather Goods Production and Trading Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to mark its 22nd founding anniversary and to receive the Certificate of Merit awarded by the Prime Minister of Vietnam.
From its early beginnings as a small leather sewing cooperative in the traditional craft village of Kieu Ky, LADODA has remained steadfast in its commitment to credibility and quality as the core of its business philosophy. Over the years, the company has grown to become one of Vietnam’s most trusted leather goods brands, with a wide range of products including leather briefcases, handbags, schoolbags, and travel bags — catering to diverse consumer needs both domestically and internationally.
Since 2001, LADODA's production processes have conformed to the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard. The company has been awarded 20 Gold Medals at Vietnam Industrial Goods Fairs and has been recognized for 16 consecutive years as a "Vietnamese High-Quality Product" by consumers. Its products have proudly served multiple important national events such as the 8th to 11th National Party Congresses, sessions of the National Assembly from the 9th to 13th terms, and major domestic and international conferences including ASEM5, AIPO, and AIPA.
LADODA has established a nationwide distribution network of over 300 sales agents and also exports products to countries such as the United States, Guatemala, Japan, France, the Czech Republic, and Taiwan. Export revenue currently accounts for 25–30% of the company's total annual turnover. In 2013, the company achieved a revenue of VND 98 billion, with a target to increase by 10% in 2014.
Alongside its business growth, LADODA places great importance on ensuring job security and improving the living conditions of its employees. In addition to strictly complying with all labor regulations, the company has built fully equipped housing complexes for workers and their families, provided free of charge. LADODA also regularly organizes cultural, physical, and recreational activities to enhance employee well-being. In 2013, the average monthly income of employees reached VND 4,760,000 per person, with a projected increase to VND 5,700,000 per person in 2014.
On this special occasion, LADODA was honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister, recognizing its outstanding achievements and contributions over the years.
